- 1 cup black currant puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
Procedure:
- Mix black currant puree with sugar. Chill for 1 hour.
- Combine with milk and cream.
- Churn in an ice cream maker.
- Freeze for 4 hours before serving.
